I saw The Night Manager, ok not a movie per se, it's a short mini-series, but all in all it behaves like a very long film. Super good thriller, 9/10. Go watch!

Eden Lake-I've seen it many times...one of my favorite horror movies even though it's definitely underrated. Michael Fassbender is excellent, Kelly Riley too...not scary but intense for sure. It will always have the most disturbing ending of all time...highly recommended.

A Bigger Splash loves the scenery, the performances but I have to say the editing was a bit off so the movie once it has you hooked changes into a completely different scene and you lose track

Regression-I didn't know what to expect but I still wanted to give it a try. I regret watching this movie...it was very bad...they didn't even try to make it good. The acting was wishy washy...Aaron Ashmore was wasted in the film...I'm a fan of his and they could have done much more. Emma Watson..I felt was wasted as well..I've seen better from her and her accent was atrocious. Not all all recommend!

The Shallows- the shark film with Blake Lively. I was pleasantly impressed I've seen a few films in this vein and this was definitely one of the better ones. Held my interest and I cared enough about the main character to root for her. It wasn't that scary but worth a watch if you like this sort of film. |

Green Room- drama thriller about a band that witness a violent crime and are then targeted by the skinheads who were responsible. This was really good it's Jeremy Saulnier's newest film since Blue Ruin (also great) and he's becoming a director to watch. Gripping, tense, violent and gory. This must of been one of Anton Yelchin's last films and he gives a fine performance. Well worth a watch. Also couldn't help thinking how much Patrick Stewart looked like Walter White in this!
