^Love that movie!

Victor Frankenstein-It was excellent...it really and truly was! I was very surprised how much I ended up liking it. I've seen and read variations of the Frankenstein story but I really liked how this one was done...it told a lot of the story that you don't see or read about. James McAvoy was excellent..he always is...(love him in the X-Men movies!) Even though Daniel Radcliffe will always and forever be Harry Potter to me...I loved seeing him in his role as Igor! Of course I shipped Victor/Igor...have you just met me Andrew Scott was great...love him in Sherlock...felt like I was watching a Sherlock reunion!! So much real heart in the movie...lots of great moments...heartbreaking too...but I loved it. Highly Recommended!

yesterday in a theatre.....

'by the sea'

imo.....an interesting film as well as a likeable one.....as you can tell by the poster it stars brad pitt and angelina jolie pitt (who also wrote and directed it).....the film tells the story of a couple.....on vacation...whose marriage is coming apart........it's told in a slow and thoughtful way....over a 2 hour period....it's lovingly filmed in a beautiful location....and it's "feel" reminds me of the period of time that the story is set in....i would assume that it takes place in the 1960's...other thoughts...brad pitt is extremely handsome and angelina jolie pitt is very beautiful....there is nudity in the film which was done before angelina's elective surgery....and finally after seeing all of the films that she's directed i believe that she becoming more and more talented as a director with each movie.....

while most movie critics have been extremely hard on the movie.....my thoughts on that are.... don't ever let any critic.....whether it be in print....on television and radio....or even someone from this board keep you from seeing a film that you have an interest in viewing because of their opinions.....

Silent Hill: Revelation 3D - 1/5

What a horrible movie. I confess to enjoying the first Silent Hill movie based on it's cool visuals mostly. But this second one is just atrocious all around, not even Kit Harington could save it.

The Good Dinosaur - It was a sweet film, but not one of the better PIXAR Films in my opinion.
