Hey there!

Didn't want to leave you hanging out all alone.

I didn't care for this movie - I didn't dislike it, but there wasn't much to it so there was no need to dislike it. It was meant to catapult Jason Stratham into stardom, and while it didn't really do that, his charisma got him there, anyway (thank goodness!).

So if you like him - and who doesn't? - see this film. Lots and lots and lots of lovely shots of Jason Stratham... Hee!

Really? Well, of course I'm going to see it but I'll wait until it comes out on DVD. Still, that's good to know.

I like the song at the end of the first one. But forgot the name now.

I can't wait to see the sequel. Seems like there's gonna be alot of action and besides the main actor is cute.

Finally seen The Transporter 2 tonight and it was a good follow up to the first one. Loved all the action in the movie....very cool and awesome to see.

Of course it doesn't hurt when the main actor is cute as hell.

It's kinda funny cause during the previews to the movie, I swore the "blonde mean girl" was Pink. She really looked like her to me.

I didn't love the original Transporter movie, it was a little too much a standard action film and I had been expecting something more. That said, however, the opening car chase was awesome and probably matched Bad Boys 2 for the best hollywood chase filmed in the last few years (though I hear The Island blows everything out of the water in this respect). It was a watch and forget kind of film for me, I certainly didn't feel at the time that it warrented a sequel so I'm a little surprised to see one. I'll probably wait to catch it on DVD though, there are more important things I need to see (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wallace and Gromit).

They're playing the original on TBS or TNT (can't recall - could even be FX for all I know - the chanels are all right next to each other on my cable) over the next few days.

And don't forget, people - this thread is actually for the original film as I believe the sequel has its own thread...
