I like the film but still like Angelina Jolie better in the role from the two earlier films.
I did like how it was more dramatic in parts but I feel like that took away a little from the the fact that is is a video game too.  |

I liked the Angelina Jolie TR films more too but I also liked this one. I hope it gets a sequel but since it didn't do that good it probably won't.

I have played the video games, but I liked the others more.

I see your pluralizing, there is only one game this film is based on and it's very accurate.
IMO it's much better than both of the Angelina Jolie ones. A lot of people only like those films because it's AJ and she used to be a sexualised figure in the media. And on the contrary it did well, it's got a better rating on google than AJ ones (this one 4/5 AJ's had 2.5/5). There was talk though that it should have skipped the Origin story, but I don't think that's the case as they're following the games. It makes sense to start with what made her who she is. There also is a sequel, but not with Alicia. |

I did love how it ended with the lead in to a sequel, so I hope it does happen.
Pluralized because I've played more than one game is all.  Everyone has a preference, no worries. I do love Alicia as an actress and do hope we get a sequel but with Hollywood so focused on numbers the rumour is that we may not get it because it didn't do as well as they wanted, which is just stupid. |

It sucks because they set up that she had the dual pistols, but she's been scrapped because everyone complained about her small breasts.
I'm not even keen on Alicia or Angelina, I went by plot closeness not actress. |

It was more dramatic where as the Angelina ones focused more on sexual appeal I guess?
