So, there's this movie I saw forever ago when I was a kid. It was about moles or mice or some ground creature like that in a forest. There was a mother and kids. Well, an oil tank explodes near their home and stuff happens. The mother gets sick and the only cure is this purple flower from a far away land. So the mole/mice kids go on an adventure to find the cure. And at one point, I think they have to get to a high place and make a flying contraption. Hahaha. I doubt anyone will know, but does anyone remember this movie and what it's called? I remember watching it around the same time as Ferngully. Thanks! =)

ETA: It was a cartoon, btw.

I closed the old one but a new one wasn't started. Could you please open it?

Did anyone see the ep of Gilmore Girls where they were watching the Pippi Longstocking movie? I want to buy that for my sister but just don't know which version it is. It's the version the girls were watching. So, is it:

This one or this one?

I have an inkling that it's the 2nd one because we watched it when we were kids and that was fairly new when we saw it..but I just don't know. One scene I do remember vividly, if it helps, is the one where she's zooming around the kitchen on cleaning brushes trying to clean the floors.

Anyone know?

I've seen the episode. I don't think it's the second one, though. I think it's the oldest one.

Ooh, that's a step closer, thank you! Haha, so I guess it wasn't as "recent" as I thought!
