This was one of the best remakes. I loved the gore factor and the grungyness of it!

I'm on the fence about it. I never really saw the original, so I don't have anything to compare it too, but in terms of cinematography and plot flow, I liked it.

Yeah, the goriness shocked me a little, but the creepiness was well done.

I loved the remake but I'm so mad that they changed the name. Original was The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and this one, like the sequels, made chainsaw a single word. I've seen too many horror movies and I'm a stickler with the names lol. The remake did a great job and is one of my favorites to watch (remake wise). I'm glad it reintroduced a new generation to Leatherface. The new one coming out next month looks amazing, I hope it keeps up the same intensity!

I normally hate Micheal Bay remakes but he did a fantastic job with this one and the Amityville Horror.

I can't stand Michael Bay thoug, I think he's an arrogant creep. But he sometimes has a great movie and other times overdoes it.

At one time, I read about them coming out with another one but I don't know what happened with that.

My all-time favorite Horror movie.....right here!

I actually like the remake better than the original. That almost never happens!

I have yet to see the remake. *hides* One of those movies that is on my list to watch. The original though when I was a kid scared the cr*p out of me. I have been afraid of chainsaws ever since.

I changed the title since this movie has been out for quite a long time that spoiler alerts arent needed.

I re-watched all of these recently, the original, to the third, Leatherface.

I still have the remake and the prequel to watch as well.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. It's the one with Renee Zellwegger and Matthew McConaughey in it.
