Thanks for bumping this. This is one of my favorite movies! JD singing... is there anything he can't do?! I think my favorite songs are Pretty Women, Epiphany, A Little Priest and Johanna (Reprise).

This is one of my favourite movies. Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter are both amazing, and Alan Rickman is great as always.
I'm really excited to see the new production of Sweeney Todd that's opening soon, starring Imelda Staunton and Michael Ball. They're both wonderful actors, and I'm sure it will be fantastic. Is anyone else planning to see this stage version? Last edited by ROCKSTAR; 02-09-2012 at 05:03 PM |

This literally is one of my favourite movies, it's such a genius movie. Johnny proves that he's not only an amazing actor but also an incredible singer. My favourite though was Helena Bonham Carter. She was absolutely fantastic as Mrs. Lovett.

I saw the version with Imelda Staunton in London, it was really nice.
I also like the movie, it was the first thing I heard of Sweeney. My favourite version is the "in concert" one from 2001 with George Hearn and Patti LuPone, great people and a great version... |
