I honestly still don't know how to feel about this movie since I'm a hardcore Smallville fan and I've wanted Tom Welling to be in the role, but I have a feeling the new guy is going to win me over

I loved Smallville, seasons 8-10 weren't as good but still good, but I'm not a superman fan.
I'm only wanting to see this because Snyder and Nolan have made some of my favorite hero movies. __________________

Nice new poster!
Henry is super hot (no pun intended), and looks very Superman-like, so he won me over immediately. Tom Welling will always be Clark Kent to me, but Henry makes a great looking Superman. Can't wait for this movie. __________________

I have much more hope for this film than the last film. Mainly because of Nolan's involvement but also Amy Adams. She can do no wrong in my eyes and I'm really interested to watch her take on Lois Lane. The only way is up after the last film.
I also think it helps that Smallville is now off the air. It kind of feels like the right time particularly with superhero genre movies doing so well in the cinema at the moment, I'm hoping the momentum continues. __________________

See I kind of judge the last film as a separate entity to the others because it is a different time now. And my reference to the only way is up was purely based on the last Lois Lane portrayal.
I thought the last film as a whole was okay but I just don't think it was the right time for it and the story overall wasn't the greatest. I did like Routh though I'm hoping this film is a little darker. __________________
