I love the Superman pic. It is just perfection to me.

I love the cast. I'm super excited now that it's filming. Interested to know how many days left till it's released? 678!!!

Glad you like this cast so far. They are filming today in West Chicago & scheduled to do more on August 15th & August 22-29th.

I've been faithfully keeping up on the progress of production and filming going on at Plano, IL now.
I know they're likely to hit up Chicago later on, then over to Vancouver. Do you know of any other locations? NYC, perhaps? I'll be moving there in Sept. and I'd be stoked if they stopped by so I can check em out.

There is a report that Warner Bros. is putting together a Superman & Batman movie. I would be thrilled to see it & which characters from the Batman & Superman comics appear in the film.

He was connected to ''Man of Steel'' by being a Producer, but decided it was best to focus on Batman.

Anybody following the progress of filming going on in Illinois? Sounds like stuff is getting blown up and craziness is gonna go down! That gets me so excited!

I wonder how much of the action was already in the script/story that Goyer and Nolan came up with, and how much of it is all from Zack's brain. Cuz he is a monster w/ action scenes.

Definately been following. There is no way I'll be able to keep myself away from spoilers.

I'm loving what we're getting as far as explosions and stuff with the military- it's gonna be a serious kickass film that's for sure. About time we got a great Supes film!

The first two Christopher Reeves films were great and Superman Returns was okay but it looks like Man of Steel is gonna end up becoming our 'Dark Knight' for the Superman world.

things are looking great with shooting of Man of Steel. They are finished shooting in Plano,Illinois(stand in for Smallville) and are now currently shooting in Chicago (stand in for Metropolis/The Daily Planet.). the rest of the following months they will shoot until April of next year in Vancouver. And henry cavill loooks so awesome in the new and improved /modern Superman suit.. Such presence and charisma! And All I can say is.... Goodbye trunks/briefs. You will not be missed.!!!
