Also I loved the way the fights were made. These are super powered aliens they fights needed to be big. This is probably the only movie that got right how powerful Superman actually is without being ridiculous (like turning back time).

I think it's awesome that Lois already knows. She would have looked so dumb if she would have been fooled by some glasses. Also it provides a more interesting storyline for the next movie.

I loved their interactions and some of the humor they had but I hope they don't try to make this movie "funny". I hate the trend of making superhero movies "funny" putting forced jokes every 5 min. Some people love it but it's not my cup of tea.

The way the final fight ended was surprising and I'm glad they went there. I'm glad DC has the guts to push the envelope and put things that are in the comics but people aren't used to see in comic book movies.

i really enjoyed the film. it has its flaws, but it's still a solid film and a good start to where things could lead for future films. plus, i really enjoyed cavill's superman. i'm curious to see where they will take his character. since there's already a sequel in place, i think this franchise will get better. it knows its strengths and hopefully, understand its weaknesses b/c i do see good things to come.

otherwise, some of my favorite scene(s):

Spoiler:

those are just a few of my favorite moments that i can think of right now.

I love Robert Pattinson, so I think it all works out for a reason. I am not a Twihard by any means, but I think Twilight works for those fans like Ben and Felicity works for me. The real life romance adds to it. I know I gave it quite a negative review earlier, but I am really happy for Henry Cavill getting the break he was always due.

I've read the spoilers. But by the time I actually see the movie I'll have forgotten half of them!

I think Henry was too old to play Edward (I think Pattinson was 22 and Henry was 25 during that time). Poor him he also lost Cedric Diggory to Robert Pattinson.

^^ Yes, that was the case, by the time the film made it to production, Henry was too old to pass for a 17 year old!

Plus he almost was the new Bond, but that went to Daniel Craig, who I love in the role, but if they ever reboot James Bond again, it would be Henry's turn IMO.

I love Daniel Craig and I think he is a great bond but in a few years it would be nice to see Henry take that role.
