 Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis star in Looper. (movie trailer) In 2072, when the mob wants to get rid of someone, the target is sent 30 years into the past, where a hired gun awaits. Someone like Joe, who one day learns the mob wants to 'close the loop' by transporting back Joe's future self. I can't wait for this movie. It looks awesome! |

This movie is so good OMG! It's definitely one to buy when it comes out on DVD.

Hey guys, so glad there's a thread for this movie! I saw it on the weekend and thought it was amazing, I can't wait to discuss it with people! Just want to confirm we are allowed to talk about it here without adding spoiler tags? I'm not sure how to add spoiler tags, if someone can explain it to me I'd be happy to do that... Joseph Gordon-Levitt is amazzzzzing!!!

I just saw this film last night and loved it. The performances were outstanding and loved how it ended.
Emily Blunt pressing that frog... genius (I mean who wouldn't of done that) I'm surprised it hasn't had more critical praise. __________________

It did get good reviews but then the hype sort of died down. |

It was only by chance that I actually saw this movie and I am so glad I did. I thought it was amazing and I can't wait for the DVD release. Loved the ending.

I still get into an argument with a friend whenever this movie is discussed. She said I only like it because of JGL and that's partly true, but I also really loved the story. She got bored with it and didn't really like it.
I loved it. Loved the premise, loved JGL, Bruce Willis, and Emily Blunt. Loved everything! Even the boy I recognized as Clay's son in One Tree Hill! __________________

She was bored?
 I was on the edge of my seat.  I definitely have to rewatch the movie but I loved it. Time-travel plots are often so confusing and just get too complicated and messy at some point of a movie but here it felt just right and well thought through. Maybe it's my Joe and Rian Johnson bias but I loved it. __________________
