Here's one moment that caught me totally by surprise and 3 minutes later I was still going, "did that just happen?"

-Pirates 2: The Jack & Elizabeth kiss. I was like, "Whaaaa?" It was just one those things the movie flirted with but I thought NEVER would happen. I was shocked, SHOCKED!

-Titanic: After Rose is rescued and Cal passed by her, for some reason I thought she was going to call after him but she just hid. So many years later I don't know why I thought she would go after him, but I did and I was dumbfounded when she turned her face. Hey, I was young! Hehe.

-A Perfect Murder: When Gwyneth kills the supposed "thief" and it turns out to not be Viggo. I was again fooled by a movie because I was grieving Viggo's death and boom, it wasn't him! Heh.

-28 Days Later: When I thought that Jim was going to die.

-The Hairdresser's Husband: Old movie but still. Mathilde's suicide and especially, her reasons for such. It's such a haunting ending, I'm still not over it a few years later.

Me too! It was so sad. It's a miracle I even finished the movie.

Secret Window I figured out pretty early but just because Fight Club is one of my favorite movies.

The Usual Suspects - Kevin Spacey starts walk at the end and everything is a story - I was like WTF?!
Brokeback Mountian - my eyes nearly popped out of my head. I must have been the only person on the planet that watched that film not originally knowing what it was about.

Fight Club - Ofcourse when you find out that Edvard Norton's character is Tyler Durden. I remember how the whole cinema just went really quite in chock,

I was going to post the same. I was blown away by the ending, as was the majority of theater patrons watching with me. The entire movie caught me by surprise, actually.

Another scene that caught me by surprise was in Crash, when the little girl runs out to her father as the store owner pulls the trigger. I didn't see it in the theater; I literally had to pause my dvr after that scene.

Ahhh, another one I can't believe I forgot. The entire theater sort of went, "what the f...., they killed Ben!" Hehe. Good times.

But I must admit, I was shocked with the rest of them. Up until that point the Tremor brothers were favorites.
