Never seen it but that's cool.

Things I did today in this bizarre quarantine time:

- Tutored my sibling
- Recuperating my body from yesterday's long walk in which I'm still recovering :thud: I haven't had a walk THAT long in years, not kidding
- Watched repeated news headlines where they keep repeating the same thing over and over "STAY IN YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GO OUT"

I feel like we're in a 28 Days Later scene. :blank:

Hope y'all are doing well :group_hug:

the only time I legit went out to walk was last Sunday

otherwise I’ve pretty much been holed up in my room like a hermit for the last week and a half

Crystal Clear 03-24-2020 04:44 PM

I was out for about 3 hours on that walk yesterday  then we get home to the announcement of "lockdown and don't leave your house unless it's for one session of exercise either alone or with family members" it's just all so weird and tense right now.

I've had such a tiring day though, tutoring my sibling, schools really aren't going easy on homework levels, which doesn't seem fair.

atwoodsmariano 03-24-2020 04:58 PM

what grade is your sibling in?

schools here don’t seem to be pushing the work here too much

I am glad that I’m not still currently in undergrad uni rn (I would have to make up those lab classes)

thankful that I do have a large backyard though so I’m pretty much free whenever to get fresh air/stretch my legs without having to worry about being too close to others

3rd year of high school. Ironically the school doesn't care much about when kids are bullied, but when it comes to homework, they always threaten detention if you don't submit work on time :eyebrow: It's seriously stressing my sister out and depriving her of the extra time she needs for sport and stuff she likes doing in free time.

I had on youtube today and some exercise videos so she could take a quick break to do some in-house moves :) Athletic videos are so intense

I would think that getting a bad grade would be enough of a consequence for not turning in homework on time :look:
