I recommend watching it, it's a good sci-fi movie. Some people complain that there were some loop holes but it's a movie about time travel, nobody really knows anything about it because it doesn't exist, so complaining about a plot not making sense is a bit stupid imo. imo Rian did a great job.

I definitely have to rewatch the movie but I loved it. Time-travel plots are often so confusing and just get too complicated and messy at some point of a movie but here it felt just right and well thought through.

Maybe it's my Joe and Rian Johnson bias but I loved it.
Yeah. She said she was confused by it, and maybe that was part of why she got bored. It's just sad because it's a really good film.

placebobsh You totally should! Soooooooooo good!!!

If this would help, I wrote a review after I saw it.

I couldn't agree more. Whenever a sci-fi movies comes out you can bet on the litany of "loopholes" being recited ad nauseam. Internal logic and consistency are more important than technical/scientific accuracy, especially when time travel is involved. The movie did a good job of establishing the rules and setting up the emotional stakes.

True Some people are just not into it or are sometimes close-minded. I can't really make them like it. I can just talk about it

Indeed I liked it. They gave a present for regular tv watchers and I already knew it's gonna be good movie.
I like the genre because it allows some loopholes that can be present because noone really knows anything...

I really felt for the choices the characters had to make and chose to make to survive.

IKR?? And it had a really great payoff. I loved the twist so much. I loved JGL and Emily Blunt together. They should do a romcom.

I also liked that it was stylized.

Me and a friend did see this one in the theaters.
We both really loved it! I love time travel and JGL and
my friend really likes Bruce Willis, so it was a win-win.
I thought it was fascinating. And, the twist ending-I was
floored by the ending!
