i recently saw it (JW) and really loved it! they did such a great job with it.i was skeptical of the cast at first. while i love all the actors i just didnt know how they would be in these roles but they did a good job. i liked the plot a lot it was cool.

it put me in the mood to watch all the old ones, so i watched the first two. i will rewatch the third on monday.

how would you guys rank the series?

for me, #2 was the worst of the bunch because i hated the whole dinosaurs in the city thing, it just felt a bit cheesy to me. and even though i like that they brought goldblum back, the rest of the characters were either boring or annoying and i didnt connect with them at all.

i actually really liked #3 even though a lot of people hated it, but it would rank 3rd for me because compared to the other two the storyline wasnt as interesting. but i did like the kid in the film and they brought alan back too which was cool.

jurassic world is 2nd. right now i would love to see it again and i thought it was a great fourth film considering it had a whole new cast. but i like that they kind of brought it back to the first one with the two kids and the park. plus, its newer so its better effects and storyline for the time.

obviously the original is the best though. the characters you find yourself loving and rooting for, the storyline is fun and fresh and i like how they took time to develop the story and the motives of the characters before jumping into the deaths.
