Saw it today. the best non-spoiler comments I can make is it is dark interesting dramatic , different and throw in a few familiar DC names.
Must see if this Is the type of movie you wanna see

I'm not afraid of psychologically controversial topics, so it would probably be my sort of thing :nod:

Plus, I said from the first time I watched the trailer that I would give this a watch purely because Joaquin is the lead actor. He's a very interesting actor on screen.

I'm not surprised that it has received a political backlash - people overreact to anything now that portrays a villain as having somewhat of a sympathetic background. :rolleyes:

I think there will definitely be a flooding of posts, now that a sequel has been green-lit.

Omg yes, I was so hoping there would be a sequel in the works. I was so hooked, I kept wanting more.

I think a sequel was inevitable :nod: huge successful at the box office and I heard that Joaquin kept dodging questions about a sequel, which was telling because he's never been someone to shy away from professing that he dislikes the concept of sequels/remakes in general in the past.

The fact that he will play this role again proves how much he enjoyed it.

Has it been CONFIRMED there is a sequel cause I keep hearing conflicting reports and supposedly the director said there won't be one.

This thread needs to go up. I'm a Joker total fan. Joaquin Phoenix's performance was stunning. :love:
