This looks interesting, so if he solves what happens to him he gets to live again?
Though I guess so considering they will probably pair him with the girl who help him solve his "murder" for they are connected now. __________________

I don't think she was his girlfriend, I think she is just a girl who is closer to the world of limbo than others. And that is why she can feel his effects that he gives off.

are you sure? Because at the beginning of the movie they show him at a party i think which is where he meets her and they kiss on the bed. And then he gets hit by the car.
I got the impression that they met and liked each other before his "death"... i dont htink shes just a random girl. __________________

Two young teens' real selves are invisible to others, one due to his untimely death and the other due to the neglect she's endured since the death of her mother. -Plot taken from imdb
He's suppose to be a very popular happy boy whose murder had that all stolen from him. She a girl whose invisible emotionally because people ignored her since the death of her mother. I don't think she would have about the same feelings as much. Though I could be wrong...

The media (various print, online and network) have jumped all over the fact Annie is isolated and are drawing comparisons to the Virginia Tech incident.
I wish the media would just STOP. There is nothing remotely similar about Annie's character and Cho Sung. The only similarity is they feel isolated and like outsiders. Big deal. Virginia Tech was a terrible tragedy, but the media keeps perpetuating it like a rabid dog who sinks their infected teeth into a story and then won't let it go... To perpetuate a climate of fear and depression. This is not healthy at all. I hope this film rises above this nonsense because the original film was very moving and I am willing to give this remake a chance. That is if the media will let me escape for two hours instead of trying to draw erroneous parallels to something which is all too real and has nothing whatsoever to do with the story. |

Hmm, wow, Im really interested to watching this movie now. It seems alot different than what the previews showed. I just assumed that she was his g/f or something, and then these random guys beat him up for some reason and then she helped solve it. But i guess she has something to do with it? Weird.
And i agree, I wish all the media stuff would stop. __________________

qtdramachickee72 - You should probably spoiler tag that since some people might not want all those details before seeing the movie. Thanks.
I saw the movie today and really enjoyed it. I love the way it was shot, written, and acted. __________________

I really enjoyed the movie, even though it's really twisted at the end...
But I really recommend watching it. __________________

Twisted but kind of poetic also.
I heard it's a remake of a Swedish film. __________________

Yes, and with those movies at the end you always go: "huh?" Just like I did with this one... I liked the ending, but I had wished for a better one....
