I've no inclination to actually want to see these films but I do like a lot of the work the stars have done with other projects.

Most recently Corbin was on the just cancelled TV series, Code Black. Fantastic show. and Vanessa has the new Christmas movie on Netflix!

I've seen Vanessa in Spring Breakers and Beastly. She was surprisingly good in Beastly... Not sure what to say about Spring Breakers because it was such a ridiculous movie.

^^ I enjoyed Beastly too actually, very modern telling of Beauty and the Beast, for those that are interested.

I just watched her new Netflix Christmas movie, "The Princess Switch" the other day, it was really cute. I enjoyed it.

I had no idea Beastly was based on a novel! Do you remember the author Alison?

I actually own both a hard copy version of the novel and the DVD but yeah it's by Alex Flinn (I'm a fan of her YA novels)

Beastly surprised me I hadn't heard of it, and I was slightly put off by Alex Pettyfer's goth/tattoo style on the cover. I didn't like the idea of a 'modern beauty and the beast'. So, yes, after watching, my opinion changed and I thought they had good on-screen chemistry.

Mary-Kate Olsen as Kendra is actually my favorite character in the movie cause she's awesome and NPH is great as well

^ Oh, so Alex Pettyfer's image in the movie is not from the book? That's interesting, thanks for sharing I kinda like that they took it down a different route with his appearance.

NPH played a very sweet mentor Mary-Kate was good, but her screen time was limited, to say the least.

Thanks for that. I'll have to look them up on Goodreads.

What is everybody's favorite installment of the High School Musical trilogy?

- I'm not sure, to be honest. Maybe the sequel. I liked the vacation setting
