^^^ If you're going to adapt a book, it's nice to stick to it, when they change something as important as a characters health/death, that is the only issue I have.

I know things are always changed from books to fit into a timed window, but still.

If that rumor is true (it must be, because people assumed it would ruin the movie but alas, it didn't have that way in the movie,

then yes, I agree with you stay faithful to the novel or don't bother adapting it at all. Plus, Mark had a really demeaning role in the 3rd one.

A character going from, so to speak, hero to zero is unflattering for the writers IMO.

Worst of all, Dempsey's character takes care of her so well that she literally has no excuses for the way she ends up neglecting him. It just felt as if the writers decided to suddenly switch in the last third of the movie and give the Mark/Bridget shippers what they wanted I'd usually have no problem with that, as long as it made sense... Except it didn't. The characters were miles away from who they were to each other in the first movie.

That's sad that it went like that.

I loved Alien Vs Predator and their fight scenes were so cool!

I agree. The sequel, Requiem wasn't as good, but AVP was awesome!

You've just reminded me of the most epic moment in the ALIEN franchise...

CHARACTER/FILM - Ripley vs Alien Queen, ALIENS

SUMMARY + WHY I ENJOYED IT: Ripley's final showdown with the alien that trapped Newt. Ripley acting like the kick-ass, brave surrogate mother Epic quote.

But...she didn't..

Don't know if you've seen "Atomic Blonde" with Charlize Theron, but it had some amazingly awesome fight scenes.

She and Chris Hemsworth were the saving graces of Snow White & The Huntsman.
