Ever end up watching a movie you swore you'd never watch? Which? Why?

I swore I'd never watch any of the Step Up movies. One of my friends loves them; I ended up going with him to Step Up 2. Mostly because he said I owed him one after he went with me to No Country For Old Men. Heh.

Knight and Day. My brother bought it on DVD and asked me to watch it with him. It was horrible.

I swore I would never watch Twilight.

I ended up being forced to by my friends.

NEVER AGAIN!

When I say I'm never watching something again, I really mean that I'll never watch it again

Hmm...I'm going to have to think about this one

I'm the same, except I'm really bad at saying no to friends. I had to watch The Exorcism of Emily Rose two nights in a row because of it. I don't enjoy those kinds of movies, I told myself I wouldn't watch it, and ended up going twice. It was bizarre.

Hmmm, I'm going to have to really think about this one.

Right now, the only thing I can think of is the Twilight movies---but I've never had to watch them...so it doesn't really apply.

Because their creative liberties seem to me like a butchery, oversimplification and commercialization of the novel.

Titanic

I didn't want to see it. I thought it was too long and I can't stand Leo. And I really could careless about they story. I'm not big into history or drama. Comedy is more my thing.

I ended up seeing it in the movie theatre with my friend and her family when it came out a million years ago. I forget what we were going to see originally but then at the last minute she begged for that instead. I hated it and she insisted we sit in the very front, which I never do, I always sit in the back and when they kept doing shots of the water I got sick to my stomach and barfed. Worst movie experience ever.

Wild Hogs.
The Hangover.

I know what I like, and I didn't like these but everyone INSISTED beyond belief that they were funny. Nope.

Now that you mention The Hangover, I never planned on watching it. One of my best friends practically harassed me until I gave in. It was his third time. I have to admit I laughed until I cried. I don't even know why I find the movie hilarious since it's not my type of comedy at all.

Oh Twilight, I consider trashy vampire movies a guilty pleasure (e.g. Queen of the Damned), but this one I couldn't even bring myself to watch. Seemed like an average annoying teen movie with darker colours in the background.

Twilight. Like some on here to see what the hype was about. I don't get the hype at all. Pretty faces but *****ty acting.

Haha. I've had the momentary urge to watch Twilight if only just to see it for myself but so far I haven't. We'll see.

Not gonna lie, Twilight and the sequels aren't that great, but I do have a guilty pleasure for them. Mainly it's just looking at the pretty that is Robert Pattinson
