I enjoyed it too!
I think personally it's a movie you really like or you really don't.. I hear people complain about the lack of dialogue, though I didn't miss it for a second. It's a movie that's very much a historic drama that is shot beautifully! If you think you'll see a war movie that is made like Pearl Harbour or something then you'll be really disappointed. I think the movie was really beautiful because 3 versions of what happened there came together really beautifully  __________________

And yet they even warned people beforehand that there won't be so much dialogue, that Chris wanted to tell the story by the images as much as possible.
I think it worked well without so much dialogue.  The first minute it started I was hooked and couldn't take my eyes off of the screen. And I love the...

I agree Jessica, for me it came together beautifully as well plus the actors involved did a great job! Even Harry Styles!

Yeah, everyone in the movie did such a good job. They really picked the right actors for the roles.

The one we saw first in the movie, was his first real acting role in a movie. So I guess that is why he was unfamiliar.

Well, that is sad. He is amazing in the movie and Chirs Nolan would love to work with him again. And in my honest opinion, people really shouldn't judge him or the movie without seeing it first. Just because he was in a boyband before it's just not fair to judge him because of that. (that is my guess why most people put of watching it when it was in the cinema)

^It's okay for people not to like him, you don't have to defend him. There's probably actors out there you don't like and won't watch their projects.
But if you're going to open that can of worms, from what I've read he only had a small part and most critics said he was awful and should stick to singing. And iMO he can't even do that. |
