I saw it the other night, it was great. I'm really surprised at how much I liked it. And everyone has said it is alot better then the book. I haven't read it but hopefully if the book turned you off, you'll still see this movie.

^ Really? I heard the book is better

I saw this movie a couple of days ago and really liked it. It was pretty good for a 2000s film.

I agree - it seems like there aren't as many good "fun" movies - a lot of the only good ones I feel like are the really serious ones based on some historic event...

I loved Meryl Streep in it and I liked Anne Hathaway - sometimes it got a little too cutesy for Anne Hathaway's part and I felt like I was back in the Princess Diaries.
Overall, it wasn't what I was expecting, but it was good

Meryl Streep was soo good in the film. She really is an actress, not a "movie star". She was so believable and did the part perfectly

I liked the book pretty well and the movie is getting great reviews but I feel like the previews must not be up to par. I think the promos are so bland! And people keep saying the movie is good so, I am conflicted about seeing it vs. waiting for dvd.

I thought the movie was ok. The book was tons better IMO though. They changed quite a bit of stuff for the movie and I wasn't pleased with alot of the changes. Ann and Meryl were good.............just thought the script didn't live up to the book.

Love all the icons!

I tried to read the book once and read like 50 pages and just thought it was really boring. But I liked the movie. It was very cute. Meryl's amazing of course, and Anne Hathaway is just so likable. Plus Adrien Grenier is hot.
