| Chick Flicks Appreciation - you know you love 'em Okay, actually you know I don't love 'em, but I know a lot of you do, and after the last thread's controversy I thought I'd start a fresh one for you. And don't mind me - my taste is my taste and completely different from yours, which I absolutely respect. So...I'll start off with the only one I can think of that I like - Bridget Jones' Diary. What a cute and clever film! And the casting was uber brilliant. Really, I went out and bought all three of the soundtrack albums, too, because the music was fantastic. Actually, there is no wrong with this film!  How about some of your favorites... __________________ | |||

| Which thread are we supposed to reply to? This one?  I was surprised when I liked 13 Going on 30. It was cute, and I loved the songs. The only part I didn't like was the pink house at the end. | I love chick flicks..they're probably my fave kind of movie. As long as they have a cute leading couple, I'll love it. The Bridget Jones movies are amongst my faves.. Colin Firth  As you can probably guess from my av, "Love Story" from 1970 is also one of my faves. Yes, it's VERY old (I wasn't even alive then!), but it's probably the original tearjerker. | Elite Fan   | I love me some chick flicks. However, I don't like recent "chick flicks" I like them from the 90's/80's earlier. For some reason, they were better then. | |||
