All i really want is Mo to get Supporting Actress. And either Sandra or Gabby for Lead Actress

i'm surprised "I See You" from Avatar didn't get nominated for Best Song. I wanted it nominated because it meant Leona would be singing on the show. I don't get how they nominated "Almost There" over it o.O I usually love songs from Disney soundtracks, but I consider Almost There to be like the worst Princess song, even though i love the movie and love Anika's voice

You read my mind! I was up at 5:30 watching the nominations and when Jeremy Renner was announced, I was so freaking happy. I was slapping my boyfriends arm And we both had the same reaction to The Blind Side. I jumped on facebook immediately and started bitching.

I'm sooo behind in my movie watching....Hopefully I'll be able to catch a few more of these before the awards get handed out.

Happy for Bigelow and I hope she wins!

I'm also happy for Bullock and I actually hope she wins (I haven't seen her movie though---I just love her)

My reactions:

1. CHRISTOPH WALTZ YEEEEEEEEES!!!!!! I hope he sweeps off these award shows ahh! I feel he got this one too.

2. I love love love Blindside but I just don't think it's Best Picture worthy. I'd give the spot to 500 Days of Summer or Star Trek.

3. Happy with the District 9 nomination.

4. I am also happy that Sherlock Holmes and Up got nominated for Score. The Score for these films are fantastic.

5. And I hope The Hurt Locker wins against Avatar.

i'm not happy at all that Avatar got major nominations. But other than that i'm fairly happy.

The nominations look great! Glad Avatar got recognized with its various nominations. And District 9 - what a wonderful surprise!!

I hope Mo and Sandra win in their categories.

I'm rooting for Avatar and/or District 9 for best picture. The best picture category is wide open though. With 10 nominations instead of 5, voting could get really interesting. I think there's a good chance for an upset in this category or a tie.

I'm pulling for The Hurt Locker. It was the far superior to Avatar. I mean think about this...Avatar wasn't nominated for screenplay. Why is that? Because it was an old recycled story! There was nothing special about Avatar aside from the visuals. The story just wasn't there in my opinion.

I'm team Basterd. I hope Waltz, Quentin and the movie itself walk away the big winners on March 7th. I'm glad Up and District 9 slipped in there too. Would be happy if either one of those films win.

I'm rooting for Jeff and Sandra for Best Actor and Best Actress. Not a fan of Mo'Nique but I think she deserves to win for Supporting Actress.
