It's not Ian's fault, he has nothing to do with the haircut. When you are on a television show, your hair is strictly moderated by the producers. Any haircut/haircolor/hair change of any sort MUST be approved by the show's producers. Thus the god-awful dye job, and the hideous hairstyles have been at the direction of the SHOW, not Ian's preference. So hopefully, the producers FINALLY took notice of the non-stop complaints about his hairstyle/cut and approved the new cut.

On the Nian front, I checked GettyImages and wireimages for any shots of Ian/Nina, but neither have shown up yet.
