I only know her name from the Patrick McMullan event photo (first pic

) And sadly, I think they're still together, check out the TV guide article where it says Ian is with his girlfriend Megan who is a film documentary director, I think she's also the one Ian was referring to in his Tyra interview, the one who lives in New York
