The Anomaly / Harkin Langham During his hiatus from The Vampire Diaries, Ian Somerhalder has started filming The Anomaly, an action thriller that explores the issue of global terrorism. Yep, since the movie "explores the issue of global terrorism", I think there's a big chance Harkin is a terrorist.

no, don't think he was ever a terrorist... I'm sure he would rock in such a role though I'd prefer him in a "bond" type of role, if not for any other reason than because if the movie is popular, it can have a sequel etc .

Since it's global terrorism if Harkin is the villain then that means he'll be one of those world wide villains. Very powerful
