Aww, sorry he's not with Sarah, she seemed really sweet. But, sigh...he's probably not ready to settle down yet. Nicky comes across as more worldy, Sarah seems to be a bit shy. They're both in the same line of business though, the fashion world. And Nicky's gorgeous and rich. So, Ian's doing alright for himself! Way to go Ian! [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

I saw a snippet of the Backstage Access show on NBC after the Golden Globes last night and caught Billy Bush talking to Paris and Nicky Hilton. He asked each who they were with at the awards/after party. When neither responded right away, he boldly asked Nicky if Ian was there with her. She seemed utterly shocked that he asked that, like she was surprised that he (or the public) knew anything about her relationship with Ian. She replied something to the effect that she wasn't going to tell him. I'll admit that I was switching back and forth between NBC and E! for post awards show coverage so I didn't see if Ian was there or not. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

This may have no meaning - Can we all agree that it's established that we can't trust the media? Good. That being said, I saw a spot on VH1 this weekend that showed Nicky Hilton at Sundance being escorted by someone that they referred to as her new boyfriend but who was not Ian. It was VH1, though, and their shows are essentially Tabloid TV, so, again, they could be wrong.

Edited to add: But it appears Ian was at the same party as Nicky last night after The Golden Globes too.

It could also be that neither is dating the other exclusively. I'm sure Nicky has other boy"friends" and Ian has other girl"friends", as do we all.

Gee, he did saying he was dating Nicky but, I always thought dating was different from saying someone was your girlfriend. I don't like the fact that Nicky wouldn't acknowledge that she was going to the After Party with Ian! Sheesh! if he was my date I'd scream it from the rooftops! [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
