Boone/"Lost" Appreciation Thread #1: We'd like to be stranded in paradise with him
Great news! Ian has been cast in the upcoming ABC series "Lost." Lost is about a group of people stuck on a Pacific island who are forced to build a new society after surviving a plane crash. (Sound like any books you were forced to read in high school? [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] )
J.J. Abrams from Alias and Damon Lindelof from Crossing Jordan are executive producing. The pilot is being filmed in Hawaii. Let's all pray that a change in networks means a change in luck, too! __________________

Well, I start shooting “Lost” tomorrow [today] in LA and the we move to Hawaii. Cross your fingers and toes that this one is done properly and gets a nice big fat pick up from the network. J.J. Abrams is amazing and I think his track record speaks for itself. In short he is the man to have at the helm… thanks everyone. Ian And yes, Jamie, the show will be for fall. I'm kinda curious about the plot. Are there any more details leaking through? So how many people survived in the crash? And what do they mean by 'building a society'? I probably think this is strange because I don't know the whole story, but if I were in an air crash and we landed on some island, I'd be waiting to be rescued instead of trying to build a society. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
