Ian Somerhalder - The 600,000 Posts Celebration Thread

600k wow. I seriously cannot believe this. I remember when I just started posting here and we were just hitting 200k. I'm not so good with these kind of things but I just want to thank each and everyone who contributed to this. Its a huge honor to have mod such a great board and we really would be nothing without all the amazing people who post here. Here's to another milestone and hopefully we'll get to 700k even faster. ~ Ashley486

I will forever have soft spot for The Vampire Diaries because it introduced me to Ian. When celebrating 100k posts for this board, I have said that I am still amazed that there exists someone on the planet who is perfection inside and out. And 500k more posts later (in less than 3 years, btw! ) I am still amazed by the wonder that is Ian Somerhalder! It goes without saying that he is incredibly sexy and goodlooking (Adonis personified, I always say!), and no one can ever refute the beauty of his eyes. But what makes Ian so special, and why I believe he has such devoted fans is his character. He is smart, unselfish, caring, easy-going, funny, wise, warm and has a golden heart. He consistently emanates a beautiful positive vibe that makes it impossible for one to not be mesmerized by him.

Not that he needs that charm to make the characters he plays interesting and compeling.His talents as an actor will easily do that. And I'm glad TVD has given him a chance to prove that to a wider public and finally receive the praise he deserve. Now, I hope he'll move on to even bigger, better things as he is totally worth it! ~ Schumiac

Yay 600k! This is so awesome. I'm so happy that we reached another milestone. I really enjoy posting here at the Ian board. Why do I love Ian? Well the question would rather be; why not? Ian is such an amazing person. He's sweet, sexy, talented, has a heart of gold and he loves animals. What do you search more in a man? He's simply a perfect human being. I'll always be a fan of him and support him in everything he does. I love him as Damon Salvatore but I also love him in every single movie/tv show he's done. I'm sure i'm gonna love him in whatever role I see him in, in the future. I hope to be a part of this board for a very long time and off to the next milestone! ~ loezzzje
