I don't think so. They made it seem like she was only being tolerant of him b/c Stefan asked her for a favor. Honestly don't need her to be nice to Damon she just needs to accept that this is who Elena wants to be with.

Yeah, her "kindness" was very sarcastic and condescending. I also can't envision her refraining from commenting on Damon's recent behavior with Enzo.
