Law & Order - Moderator Opening Announcement

Hi everyone. We currently have an open moderator position on this message board. If you?d like to apply for this position, please go to the Moderator Application Process - How to Apply & Questions Answered thread and follow the instructions to apply to be a moderator on this board. Please note that the deadline to get applications in is August 20. If you had applied the last time there were moderator openings here, you'll need to reapply, as we don't keep old applications in case people are no longer interested in the position, and besides, we've simplified the application process in recent months. Thanks!

We've decided to continue to allow people to apply for this message board until August 20, so that we'll have a larger qualified candidates list to select from.

[We consider this to be very important, because some people will apply to moderate a board simply so they can have the title of Moderator under their name, even though they had never posted on the board that they applied to moderate. We think that appointing someone to moderate a board who had never posted on that board would be extremely unfair to the regular posters who did post on that board, especially if one of the regular posters applied for that board.]

We hope this gives you a better idea of how the moderator application process is performed.

So please notice that just posting on Game or OT threads isn't enough. If you want us to seriously consider you, please make sure you're a highly visible part of the board, provoke discussion and add something to the board.
