Sorry for not contributing to the post count much (or at all) lately, laptops still dead and my school works piling up just thought Id pop in and start a new thread
American Idol I am speechless actually, shocked, I mean I love Kris and I absoloutely adored him since the beginning of top 13 when he sang do you remember, but I never expected him to win and if he was against anyone else I would have been thrilled that he'd won but this was Adam Lamber and Im just rambling here cause I know you dont agree with me

Hehe, yeah, you know I don't agree with you. I voted over a hundred times for Kris and I really glad (and surprised) that he won.

I haven't gotten around to it. I keep a stash of books on hand and until I comb through them all I don't go get anymore. Right now I'm reading The Mournful Teddy by John J. Lamb.

Ooh that sounds like a col book, whats it about?
Im currently stuck halfway through the last book in the Alexander trilogy

It's about a retired cop and his wife who makes teddy bears and solve murders. The books are so light and fun. I actually finished that yesterday and moved onto A Painted House by John Grisham. What are these Alexander books about?

ooh John Grisham, Ive been trying to read the runaway jury for years now, I just never seem to find the time

They're the life story of Alexander the Great, Im up to the part where he invades Iran and destroys Persepolis, Ive visited those ruins and theyre the most amazing thing Ive ever seen. I actually really liked him up until now

Well give me the names and titles it sounds like something interesting. The Runaway Jury is good but I'd start with one of his more exciting/compelling titles like The Street Lawyer or A Time To Kill. I've read most of his stuff.

Cool, Ill add those to my list, the runaway jurys the one I have though Ive bought a few Dean Koontz books, I really loved his book From the corner of his eye so I cant wait to start those

Its a trilogy, Alexander by something something Manfredi ( the books not at hand ) first ones called child of a dream, second one the sands of amon and the third umm the end of the world I think theyre enjoyable, just a bit long, though maybe that was cause I couldnt wait for him to get to Iran

I had a final this morning and I started studying at 1am last night for something I didnt even listen to in class, I read books instead and well, the exam didnt go very well, Im hoping I didnt fail, fingers crossed, its not my fault, its all cause of the election, cant wait til its over
