Jen Style Thread #1: Effortless but Still Desirable

I looked through the past pages and couldn't find a thread dedicated to Jen only style but if I missed it, go ahead and close it.

I have found myself being insanely jealous of some of the outfits our dear Jen has been wearing lately so I thought it would be fun to discuss some outfits and perhaps where to find replicas or something like that.

I also love how she reuses her purses...I've noticed it lately in these pictures:

I need that red purse. Seriously, love the details of the purse.

As a result of that relationship being destroyed Jack starts popping pills and seeing his father and all these things, so this scene, Sawyer whispering to Kate actually is sort of a major critical plot. - Carlton

Ohh, fun thread. I think we had one where we discussed her style a few years back, but it's probably so far back in the mess of pages it's not really worth looking for. So thanks for starting a new one, babe.

I'm very tired now, but I'll be back to discuss Jen-style later.

I figured because I had thought there was one, but I went back through seven pages and nada. And the search feature doesn't work for me for some unknown reason.

I'm going to look for more favorites!

Thanks Katie. I really love that black blouse and jean combo. I want that red bag, too.

I really love this outfit too. She looks like Sydney in it The red bag is so good. I also like the one she wears with red/pink dress on the second pic

I've never been a huge fan of bangs. And with that, I mean the "boring" kind of bangs. Cause nowadays the bangs can be all sorts of different styles and it's awesome. So I've come to like bangs...within limits.

Like picture #1, fantastic use of bangs. It's perfect for her face, it's spiked and so very sexy. I like it when the bangs are a little longer.

I also like it when she has it like picture #2, #3 and #5. Soft and a little to the side.

Then there are the in-betweens like #4, #7 and #10. Not too straight and short, so I kinda like this style. Especially on her.

And then there's the kind of bangs I don't really like. The big and straight kind. Picture #6 is a classic example. It's too...nerdy. Of course when you have that length, cut and style on the bangs it helps to have it styled. That's why bangs like that works better in public than around the house, heh. Like picture #8 and #9. Same bangs as #6, but slightly more styled so it looks cuter.

All in all I kinda like bangs on her (it really does fit her), but I prefer some styles to others, heh.

I really love those sexy bangs from the Costume Gala. #9 as well too.

But I've come to the conclusion they look better on Jen then on Sydney Bristow. I was WTF! when they first appeared. There was a time I went back and forth being okay with them and disliking.

But I really love, love the look in #1. So I'm meh. I just love the word meh.

I agree. They had more problems making the bangs look good on Sydney than Jen has had making them look good on her.

Hee, the word meh is funny.

I'm not that much of a fan of bangs either, but on Jen, they really work. I love the first picture, I really do. I love how the bangs sit on her. I wish I could look like that and I might cut my hair more! I like the side swept bangs more than the straight on ones, if that makes sense, but I think she still looks good if she's just got the normal ones. She wears them well!

Hee, it does. That's what I mean with "a little to the side". Swept to the side works better.

I have no idea what they call those things! Then again, I have trouble calling them bangs, as here, they're called fringes!

Hee, fringes. Though, who knows which word is funnier. Bangs also sounds a little hee. I have no idea what we call stuff either. But that's part of our charm.

I like her hair now. Longer and more mature bangs and long, but not too long, hair.

Hey great thread! At first I didn't like bangs as well, but now I came around to loving them... as long as they don't cover her eyes I'm ok... Whenever someone has hair in their eyes it kinda gets in my nerves....
