Model: Sloane

Sloane: Stylish and without a doubt, the best, most creative and versatile dressed man on Alias. From the cuts of the suits, to the colors, the ties, the shirts, hell even the socks, this man knew how to dress. Or should I say, The goddess had a particular vision and took it to the extreme.

This is likely going to be a three-day event. Hold on to your wigs. Whee. TBC.

Funny, before I even got to your comments about Sloane, and was looking at those pictures, my thoughts were - 'he is one well dressed man'. And he really is. He really knows how to dress, that's for sure! Everything he wears is pretty immaculate and reflects the character to the T.

Yes, Sloane is hands down the best dressed man on Alias. I remember from the season 1 finale cast commentary, they talked about how incredibly well dressed he is. And it's so true. Look at that, with the mixing up something as simple as a suit. I love him in non-suits as well, and it's nice to sometimes see him in a simple sweater. And he always looks so stylish and...dashing.

Hee, oh the socks. That's a fun detail about him. Or rather, Ron, yeah? It's him who did that for fun, wasn't it?

Sloan looks so good, always my favorite, regarding suits. I think any man on earth would look hot dressed like him. Is it strange to use the words Sloand and sexy on the same sentence? His personality looks actually stonger.

The socks: I notice them before I read your reviews, I love them, plus my kiddo has a pair tights of just like those he could wear them with a hot pink skirt

Sweaters, coats... such great taste

Last time the other easy chick left, I was not on my best behavior. So I'm good this time around. Although, now that you are here, green tree, maybe we should do some house cleaning? I'm tempted to get rid of two of her loves..her Madonna cds and the model, Mr. Vaughn. It would be too much fun for her to come back and find out he is gone for good. Never to walk this catwalk again. But I wouldn't do that to you and Ellie.

I'm tempted to get rid of two of her loves..her Madonna cds and the model, Mr. Vaughn. It would be too much fun for her to come back and find out he is gone for good.

Ok back to business: SLOANE

I do preffer day one selection, but this man can never really not look good. I like his hair when it is shorter, kind of spiky. And I do preffer him in dark colors, at least dark coats. I am noticing something right now (a few years later ) Did he ever shave?

I don't think I balanced the two days out as I had hoped. In this case, too much to go thru and then had to settle on a broad representation. He actually did shave and I believe I have a cap of it. I will see if I can find it. I really love that first cap on the right with him pointing toward the document. Gosh he does look really sexy and smart and not evil. He is old for us, but we can play around with the older guys.

Actually the period starting with Nadia, Sloane began to change of course and that also brought a change in his outfits. I hope I can speak about this after I do that wrap up of the three days this weekend.

Yay! we made it to the third day and in one piece. Since we were all behind the stage sucking our teeth, praying that the event would go off as plan, considering the other easy chick left us holding all the outfits, but green tree stepped in and did a great job. And thank you Ellie for stopping by, too.

Bravo to the goddess for the variety of shirts and ties. Never one to stay with the traditional white shirt and black tie, although I love the combo, it can get a whole lot boring on men with power and intelligence. I can't get enough of men who wear dark shirts and dark ties. I want to back track on what I said early about the goddess taking it to the extreme with Sloane. Had we seen red, orange (or very colorful) shirts and dark ties, then I could easily say that she threw everything at us when it came to Sloane.

There was no pretense of being young because he dressed better than Sark, Vaughn, Weiss, Tom and Marshall. His outfits, were meticulous from those older style wool, cuffed at the legs trousers to the clean, casual dark suit jacket with a nice polo type shirt. We saw blue polka dot ties, two tone shirts, black tees and turtlenecks and many other combinations. Check out that black and gray stripped shirt from day one. *bites bottom lip and squeals*.

This got me to thinking, with all that confidence and non swagger, there was never a hint of vanity to him. What does a man like that smell of? Surely, Dr. Barnett got a whiff of something. Was she attracted to his wide ties, his cruelty, that flash of tenderness, his scruffy facial hair? Was she bored to death with the repetitive black suits and ties at the CIA?

When all of sudden everybody began wearing regular everyday clothes at the hideous APO offices, he stepped in with his Dr. Evil/Nehru type jacket and in my favorite color too. It was all about color and style with Sloane.

Before I forget, thank you goddess for paying just as much attention to the men on Alias as she did Sydney.
