Edie and Allison are no surprises. They're obvious. Amber and Jennifer could go either way. Maybe a little bit more surprising if they hadn't been nominated. So however nervous I was for Jennifer, it's not really that surprising when all comes to all. The Academy obviously likes her. Yay for that. Mariska is the big surprise in this list for me.

The only other two that I know on that list are Edie and Alison, not sure of the other two. But I do hope it's someone new this year. Especially Jen!

I haven't seen the Amber show, but apparently she's the new "it" or something.

Yup! He got Support Actor in a Drama. And Alias has gotten some Directing and editing and all those technical things too. Alias has 8 nominations all up.

I don't know, heh, but I feel like there's lots of talk about her. She's the one in Joan of Arcadia. Apparently a big talent. I've never seen the show, so I have no idea. Yeah, I hope they move away from the regulars, Janney and Falco for a change and give someone else a chance. Preferably Jennifer.

8 nominations isn't bad. Good thing they got some technical ones too. With all the tech stuff this show has they definitely deserve them. And yay for directing as well. Who got that one? And for which episode?

I like West Wing apparently they took it off the air here. I like the 1st two seasons of the show.

It's ok. OMG! I got too excited at the Alias board I posted the news and someone posted it too at the same time. Now there are 2 threads for the Emmy nominations.

I think we have it on here, but I've never seen it. A lot of my friends from online watch it, though, and apparently it's really cool. And apparently Amber is awesome.

West Wing used to be a fantastic show. Allison Janney is the one I want to win if Jen doesn't get it. I have this feeling Edie Falco will drag it in, though. But I'm gonna think positive. A nomination for Jen means a chance for Jen.

Thanks for the rest of the Alias nominations. Aw, yay for Michael Reitz and his team of hairstylists getting nominated. I bet Jen is extra psyched about that, since he's her usual hairstylist. She always uses him for movies as well. Maybe even for events, I don't know. Also yay for all the other technical nominations. Even though the writing and whatnot hasn't been top Alias quality this season, it's good the technical parts of the show still got acknowledged. I'm really happy for all of them and I hope they catch some of the awards.
