Yeah, the potential for the show is endless. But you're right, it wouldn't have been the same without Jack.

I did think it was a fitting end for Sloane, alive forever but unable to get out. I read some fic right after where he escaped but the though of that irks me because he was due to wallow for all the wrong he did to others and secondly, it would have cheapened Jack's sacrifice if he were to have gotten free.

We had this discussion on the Star Wars board and many of the people there seemed to think that Sloane being Sloane would eventually find a way to get out

it would have been cool to see this 21st century guy suddenly get out centuries later

But I agree with you Mandy, it was all so poetic how he finally got the thing he wanted most and how he sacrifised everyone he loved to get there and in the end Jack was able to defeat him and to show that there are in fact worse things than death

Yeah, I think the end of Sloane was fitting to him as well. Like you guys said, I don't really like the thought that he might have gotten out.

And then everyone would have to get involved again and Marshall would be scared because he's quite frightened of Sloane and all the babies would have to be carefully watched...
