Thanks. Although I do need to change my diet. I'm getting tired of this acid reflux so I'm gonna try to start eating healthier from now on.

Cutting out some of the more fattening stuff, and eating less and not eating past 7pm.

okay..though depending on how much acid your stomach produces, not eating after 7 might backfire because it leaves a longer time for the juices to start eating you up instead of digesting food. Speaking from experience.
