Which x-men should jean grey face off?
So... I've talked a ton about the upcoming Marvel anime series, and how its Phoenix Saga would compare with canon... But... I have to ask...
In this Marvel Anime, as Jean Grey becomes Phoenix, one of the other X-Men also becomes the One True Host of a powerful, Cosmic Entity. This new Cosmic Entity rises to become the Phoenix's greatest arch-rival, and its/he's difficult to fight, due to possessing "unnatural cosmic powers". This is an intense story, because Jean Grey nor does her former teammate wanna fight each other, but can't help winding up on opposing sides, and being used in this great cosmic level conflict. Caught in the crossfire between Jean Grey and the now Cosmic X-Man, are the X-Men; everyone wanna save Jean, but when it comes to their other teammate... some have mixed feelings on whether not their former teammate, now Cosmic Being, should be saved, or needs to die. Lots of tension is this one. So just curious... who do YOU all think would make a great host for a strange Cosmic Entity, that Jean Grey as Phoenix, gets to duke it out with? |
