Of course, when life throws a curve, it's always good to remember that other people may have it worse. Take the guy in this vid, for example. A lesson in humility.

Well doc I'll Worker was a bit of a bust she saw in me from the conversation high anxiety where gave me some packages on how to deal with anxiety/stress and depression. Plus some recommends out of office for counselling for both condition and career

Knew this would bit me in the ass considering today is last of leave, follow up tomorrow to either get extension to leave or right back to work tomorrow. Friend from work already warned me anybody not on hour restrictions is working 8.5 instead of 7.5 hours due to sounding crazy/stressful at work

She knows all that I've been dealing with saw her last week advising of the anxiety has had

Afraid to return to work where scared would quit and lose ability for Employment Insurance unless done right aka doctor finding me unfit to stay at current employer

Try not to be afraid, Sarah. Just go to your doctor and tell her that the extension has to happen. Going back to work in this state isn't good for your health, and it's not good for the workplace either. You can't be expected to perform in this condition.
