Well think to solve insomnia need to even out sleep

same bedtime and wake up - did that last night and had less insomnia

Yep, that's what I had to do.

Now that I'm working days, my sleep patterns have gone back to normal.

We use celsius here, but I don't. I use farenheit. i can't make head or tail of celsius.
