same thing happened to me on Saturday on the way home from movies...bus was 20 minutes late and then the bus stopped suddenly and made an old man fall.... I had to help him up... if he was hurt... I would have had to call 911, wait for the police, and the guy could have sued RTA; so I got home 30 min. later ....
