Watched the vids. They were very useful, thanks.
 Chauvin was even more out of line than we all thought he was. I heard some testimony on the radio today from a guy who I think was head of Minneapolis police.__________________

The guy started with the military police, which fits with him being rougher than civilian police are supposed to be, then he did 19 years in the police after that, and got 17 complaints against him in those 19 years. That's nearly 1 complaint a year. Serious attitude problem. And I don't know if this is true, but I read that he once knelt on the neck of a 14 year old. Seriously bad record. And he's got the meanest looking face. He strikes me as a domination freak.

I read that on his Wikipedia page. But what stuck me was the recording of his conversation with one of the bystanders who told him that he thought what he did was out of line, and Chauvin said, "That's one person's opinion. We've got to control this guy because he's a sizable guy... and it looks like he's probably on something." He sounded like a punk.
