Yeah, I noticed. It only scored barely above 50% with audiences.

Well, I haven't seen it yet, so I'll let you know what I think when I do.

Well, it's a kind of polarized reception. Critics love it and fans are divided on it.

Me too. I usually watch a movie and go to a Chinese restaurant on Christmas. It's kind of my tradition. Those are two of the only places open on Christmas day. Two years ago I watched The Force Awakens on Christmas.

I think a lot of Americans started going to Chinese restaurants on Christmas after the movie A Christmas Story came out. If you saw the movie you know that's where the family goes for Christmas dinner after the neighbor's dogs sneak into the kitchen and eat their Christmas turkey.

Oh, you saw it? That's awesome! They play it on TNT for 30 hours straight on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

You did, Kate? I watched it when it came out on cable back in the 80's.

That's cool, Rita! Have you ever seen A Christmas Story? And what day is Boxing Day again? The day after Christmas on the 26th? We don't really have that. We have a "return gifts day" instead.
