True. And I guess it's much better to do action movies nowadays than before since the SFX are much more sophisticated.

Special Effects does amazing jobs with these scenes, first the bridge and than the baseball stadium

Yes that bridge scene was AMAZING. I also love that that set has 2 BAMF Storm scenes in it.

I think the baseball stadium thingy with Magneto in DOFP was a shout-out to that bridge scene in X3.

I also thought the baseball stadium was a shoutout to the bridge from X3 Oh Storm really did have some BAMF scenes

I didn't know about the deaths prior to this movie so I was excited to see this. Left the cinema feeling betrayed and scarred.
