No, she wasn't. They made her too old, and she's not a doctor.

The filmmakers said that they made her a scientist because they didn't think they had the CGI to do Hank McCoy as Beast the right way for that first movie, but if that was the case then why not have Moira McTaggart as the scientist instead?

Why make Jean they way they made her? And why treat Scott that way just to make Wolverine the main character? It really wasn't fair to them, and I'm glad Scott and Jean are getting their due, finally.

And I also can't believe it's taken 16 years for Scott and Jean to get their story told.

I remember how disappointed and angry I was when X-3: The Last Stand came out.

But I kinda hoped that Hollywood would fix things and they eventually did. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long.

Haven't they brought the original Jean Grey back to life in the comics? All we need now is Scott and Logan back.

Is she the real Jean, or is she the White Phoenix of the Crown? This stuff confuses the hell out of me.

And they still have the teenage Jean from the past in the comics, along with teen Scott and the others. And the only Logan right now is the Old Man Logan from an alternate universe, and Laura Kinney/X-23 is still Wolverine. So I have no idea if they're gonna bring back the original Jean, Scott, or Logan.

Mystique? I don't see it, since JL started playing her in their movies they have written the films around her being a hero rme (I miss and loved RR's Mystique more in the original trilogy) I don't see it being Magneto either, especially after showing him in the magazine. If it's a major character my guess is either Cyclops, Quicksilver, or Storm. Oh, or maybe Nightcrawler. I think the only thing that saves Cyclops is since they did that in X3 they wouldn't repeat that. Especially Storm since they just don't give a damn about her and have ALWAYS thrown her under the bus in their films, same with Cyclops. Well, if they do her wrong AGAIN at least I can hopefully see Storm show up in the MCU films and have her finally get her due.
