They made it clear they're less inclined to mess with the Deadpool franchise.

And I thought it was reported that Disney wasn't gonna mess with Fox's stuff at all. I guess we have to wait for the damn merger to go through so this gets less confusing. And I guess we'll find out one way or the other when Dark Phoenix coms out.
