Julia Carpenter. I have issues with Jessica Drew starting out as an actual spider.

Same question.

Jessica Drew.

I don't remember her starting out as a spider. I recall her father taking her to Wundagore Mountain when she was a child and your favorite character, The High Evolutionary, conducting experiments on her using spider DNA. I read the very first time she and Peter met in The Amazing Spider-Man, and I think the first time I ever saw her was in Marvel Two-In-One, where she teamed up with The Thing after Alicia Masters had been transformed into a half-human, half-spider creature. That freaked me out.

The Shocker or Electro?

I read her first issue. She started out as a spider. Maybe they retconned it later.

Shocker or Electro?! You're going to ask me to pick between two third rate Spider Man villains? How about neither.

Here's some better Spider Man villains: The original Green Goblin or the original Hobgoblin?

Hobgoblin, if you mean the one that wasn't Ned Leeds. Norman Osborn should've stayed dead.

I don't remember that storyline. In the old comics I read she was an ordinary girl and her dad let Herbert Wyndham use her as a guinea pig. I'll post it in the other Marvel characters thread.

Scorpion or Rhino?

I agree that Norman Osborn should have stayed dead! That pisssed me off majorly in the late '90s.

The comic I read was a '70s one. Her first appearance.

Rhino. Always liked the big eejit.

Same question.

Scorpion. I liked his newer version in the 80's after the Todd McFarlane revamp.

Yeah, certain deaths should stick or they lose all meaning. Mar-Vell is the patron saint of Marvel Comics superheroes because of his death. Gwen Stacy is... well you know.

Daniel Rand or Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu?

Daniel Rand. Though I'm not particularly fond of him and the screen version sucks.

Same question.

:kills Norman Osborn:

Daniel Rand, although I do think Shang Chi needs more exposure.

Galactus or The High Evolutionary?

High Evolutionary. At least he creates life instead of eating planets. Galactus makes cooler super-humans, though.

The Thing or The Hulk?

The Thing. Ben Grimm has a better personality.

Jim Hammond or Johnny Storm?

Johny Storm. The other one should have stayed dead.

Doctor Strange or Doctir Doom?

Doom is cooler.

Really? I like Hammond as a solo Human Torch and SHIELD agent. He's more powerful than Johnny.

Famke Janssen or Sophie Turner?
