Very much so but he's got to do what's best for him
 he's had many skin cancer surgeries  Not sure if its common with Aussie's but Dominic Purcell {Heat Wave} whose friends with Hugh had a surgery for it earlier this year - partly why they gave Mick that Marooned storyline where it may have been planned but he needed to be gone for a few episodes__________________
