Well, I think even the DC comics writers admitted that Green Arrow was heavily influenced by Batman, even though they based him more on Robin Hood, where Batman was inspired by Zorro.

Yeah, they draw his claws differently diferent times, but they got mostly fixed in claw shape after they were revealed to be bone-based. Mostly.

Yeah, that always confused me as a kid. If his claws were shaped like claws, then how can he slice things when that requires a bladed edge? They could never decide if he sliced or ripped, and the movies split the difference by making them more like knives.
